NRC uses Zoho CRM for free-resource requests. Paid enrollment is not open.

Event planner

The planner creates a text plan in your browser. Entries are not submitted to an NRC server or saved by the planner. Downloading a plan saves a file on your device.

Connection planning exercises

The Connecting Others and Connecting Yourself exercises prepare files on your device. Worksheet answers are not automatically included in an inquiry, submitted to David or saved by the site. Leaving or refreshing the page clears your entries.

Participant workbook

The course workbook holds your answers for the current page visit. If you choose “Save my answers in this browser,” it stores them in local storage on that browser. They are not sent to David or synced to another device. Turning saving off removes the stored workbook and keeps your current entries for the visit. “Clear my answers” asks you to confirm before clearing the form and its browser copy. Browser settings can also remove site data. Downloading or printing creates a copy you control; clearing the workbook does not remove those files or course progress.

Inquiry page

The inquiry page prepares an email using the details you enter. It does not submit a form to a database. If you send the email, your email provider handles delivery and David receives the details you choose to share.

Free lesson requests

The free-resource request form asks for your name and email to send a confirmation for the Connecting Others resource. Zoho CRM processes the request, the confirmation and technical form-usage information. After you confirm your email, the form directs you to the video. The request includes an NRC resource flag and consent-version record.

An optional, initially unchecked checkbox records whether you would also like NRC tips and program news. Requesting the lesson or confirming your email does not change that separate choice. The follow-up email sequence is not active. Records are held for review in CRM; signup does not purchase a course.

For a change to your follow-up choice or a request about your information, use the inquiry page to prepare an email to David. The public launch will include the final subscription-management and unsubscribe process.

Course progress and workbook choices

The course remembers completed lessons in this browser and your selected lesson during the browser session. That progress is not submitted to David or an account. Workbook answers are stored only when you choose browser saving, as described above.

Purchase and course access

The private test checkout uses Stripe to process test payments. NRC stores a purchase reference, purchase email, payment reference, access start and end dates, and the verified ChatGPT user ID associated with the purchase. These records are used to provide twelve months of course access and recover access when you return. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site. Live payments are not enabled.

Use the ChatGPT account with the same email used at checkout. Workbook answers and lesson progress remain in your browser; they are not saved with your purchase record.

External services

Book and business links take you to other sites, which have their own privacy practices. This site uses Google Fonts; font requests are handled by that service. Hosting and access are provided by ChatGPT Sites under its applicable policies.

Lesson videos

Pressing a video’s play button loads a YouTube player. YouTube handles that player and may process usage information under its own policies. A direct YouTube link is also available below each lesson.
